Are MubashirHide products made from genuine leather?
Yes. Our leather wallets and card holders are made using genuine leather. The product page identifies the material and specifications of each design.
Do you deliver throughout Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver to serviceable locations across Pakistan. Standard shipping costs Rs. 300 per order.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. The Rs. 300 delivery charge is paid in advance to confirm the order, and the remaining product amount can be paid by Cash on Delivery.
How is my order confirmed?
Our team confirms your order through WhatsApp before dispatch. Please provide an active phone number when checking out.
How long will delivery take?
Your expected delivery window will be communicated when the order is confirmed and may vary by location, courier operations and public holidays.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You may request a return or exchange within seven days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
When is a refund available?
A refund is available when a product is verified as faulty. Incorrect or damaged items will be exchanged in accordance with our policy.

Will the leather colour look exactly like the photograph?
