These terms govern the use of the MubashirHide website and purchases made through our Shopify store.

Store information

MubashirHide is a leather goods business based in Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, Pakistan. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean MubashirHide.

Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material or use store content in a misleading or infringing way.

Product information

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Genuine leather can have natural variations in grain and tone. Colours can also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Product availability may change without notice.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Available methods include Cash on Delivery and Easypaisa. You are responsible for providing correct payment and contact information.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, incorrect information, inability to confirm the customer, suspected misuse, pricing error or delivery limitations.

Shipping

Standard delivery throughout Pakistan costs Rs. 300 and is paid in advance to confirm the order, unless a different offer is shown. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays result from courier operations or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please read our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Requests must be submitted within seven days after delivery. Refunds are available for verified faulty products, while incorrect or damaged products are exchanged. All requests remain subject to the full Returns & Exchanges policy.

Intellectual property

The MubashirHide name, logo, website design, product photographs, graphics and original written content are owned by or licensed to MubashirHide and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Third-party services

The store may use or link to services operated by Shopify, couriers, payment providers and social platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MubashirHide is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website unavailability, third-party services, misuse of a product or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute should first be raised with us in good faith so we can try to resolve it directly.
