Delivery area

We deliver to serviceable locations throughout Pakistan. Delivery availability may depend on the coverage of our courier partners.

Shipping charge

Standard shipping costs Rs. 300 per order. This delivery charge is paid in advance to confirm the order, unless a different amount or free-delivery offer is clearly shown during a promotion.

Order confirmation

Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp before dispatch. Customers should provide a complete address and an active Pakistani phone number. We may hold or cancel an order if we cannot confirm its details.

Delivery time

The expected delivery window will be shared during order confirmation or through courier updates. Delivery timing can vary by destination, courier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cash on Delivery

After the delivery charge has been paid in advance and the order is confirmed, the remaining product amount can be paid to the courier at delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information will be shared when available. You may also contact us on WhatsApp with your order number for an update.

Incorrect address and failed delivery

Please review your delivery information before confirming the order. If delivery fails because the address or phone number is incorrect, incomplete or unreachable, a new delivery charge may apply before the parcel is dispatched again.

Parcel concerns

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible and within seven days after delivery. Keep the packaging and provide clear photographs or video to help us review the case.
